Uh Oh, Your Remodeling Isn't Going as Planned...Now What?
Having a plan when you rehab a property is a must, but what happens when the rehab is not going as planned? Some risks include Cost overruns, Deadlines being missed, Contractors getting sick, tenants stopping paying rent, Code Violations, City Permit issues, or the Contractor installing the wrong material.
Things don't always go as planned, so we'll talk about some of the problems I encountered with my latest rehab. I'll share with you what I discovered along the way and how part of dealing with a problem is done before you even know what the problem is or will be. And, of course, I'll share pictures of the before and after! Come join the conversation.
