Brian Gottlieb is an inspirational business leader who in 2009, founded Tundraland Home Improvements on a plastic folding table with $3,000. Twelve years later, when he sold the family of businesses he created, they had diversified products, expanded across multiple states, grown to 600 employees, and nearly a billon dollars in cumulative sales.
Brian’s leadership principles are simple: Have a well-defined strategy, empower your teams, provide world-class training, and execute with consistency. He believes that if you want to build a business, you must commit to building people. This clarity of focus created a meaningful culture, making his company the best place to work in his home state.
Brian is also the founder of Windows for a Cause which takes replacement windows that would end up in the trash and turns them into art to be auctioned off to help someone in the community, and Baths for the Brave which provides free, safer shower systems for veterans
struggling with mobility.
A Harvard Business School executive education alumnus, Brian is an active angel investor, board member, and delivers keynote speeches that inspire businesses and individuals to reach their potential.

Since embarking on his real estate journey in 2010, Jason has expertly revitalized over 1,000 homes through strategic landlording, flipping, and wholesaling, demonstrating his exceptional skill in property investment. His impressive portfolio of over 200 rental properties is a testament to his adept strategy in buying, renovating, and maximizing the potential of single-family homes.
Through his dynamic Coaching and Mentoring Group, Jason imparts invaluable wisdom to both aspiring and seasoned investors, guiding them in scaling their real estate ventures while mastering life's broader challenges. Geoff is a part time buy and hold investor with investments in the Fox Valley and Sheboygan area. He is a full-time aircraft certification engineer for Gulfstream Aerospace in Appleton where he lives with his wife Laura and four children Carter, Madeline, Rowen and Brielle.
Geoff got started in real estate in 2005, with very little REI knowledge, when he purchased a single-family home with the plan to do a live-in flip over the next few years. After the bubble burst in 2008 his focus shifted from turning a profit to simply breaking even. This led Geoff to step away from real estate for a number of years until he discovered WiscoREIA in 2018 where he finally was able to acquire the knowledge and network that was necessary to be successful in real estate investing. His goal is to use REI as a means to retire early from engineering.
Geoff currently invests in single-family and small multi-family properties that he operates as traditional rentals as well as short term furnished rentals. In his free time Geoff enjoys camping with his family, playing golf, snowboarding, hunting, and good beer.
