With 15+ years of hands-on investing experience in Northeast Wisconsin, Jason has bought, rehabbed, and managed hundreds of properties while building and overseeing a portfolio of 200+ rental units. Known for his creative deal structuring and ability to solve complex problems quickly, Jason has helped many investors turn challenging situations into successful deals.

Speaker: Jason Lund

Jason Lund is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and investor based in Northeast Wisconsin. As founder of 920 Home Buyers and 920 Property Management. Jason has built a reputation for practical, results‑driven investing since beginning his career in 2010. He has acquired, rehabbed, and managed hundreds of properties—transforming over 1,000 homes and maintaining a portfolio of 300+ rental units—specializing in buy‑fix‑sell strategies, long‑term rentals, and creative solutions for homeowners in difficult situations.


Jason is also an active coach and mentor, helping new and experienced investors scale their businesses with clear systems, hands‑on guidance, and a focus on ethics and community impact. Known for his strategic problem solving and commitment to helping clients move forward, Jason combines operational expertise with local market knowledge to deliver practical outcomes for sellers, investors, and tenants alike.

Hosts: Shaun Tutor & Ryan Gray

Shaun became interested in real estate in 2020. He has a home improvement company, Tutor Transformations, and investing companies, where he focuses on flipping and BRRRRing real estate with his brother. They flip about 10 houses a year, and do unit turnovers and home renovations throughout the year for customers as well. Shaun and his wife, Sam, have a podcast called “Tutors of Life” where they research life, so you don’t have to.

Shaun loves business, real estate, and investing, which are the main topics he discusses on his podcast. He built his first company in 2017 and sold it in November of 2021 to focus on real estate full time. Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and dog, Mimi, and taking cruises around the city to find the next best deal.


Ryan began in real estate and business in 2017. He owns Stable Living LLP, which has 19 licensed Adult Family Homes and does in-home care for over 80 clients. This business employs over 100 staff.


Ryan has grown a portfolio of rentals that has 750 doors currently. The majority of the acquisitions have been done using creative financing with little money down. His focus is on structuring deals with creative finance and finding deals off market. He also owns storage units, 2 laundromats, a farm, and a trailer park.

His wife Eva Gray is a CPA who focuses on tax planning, mastering business plans, and self-managing the properties. He also started a flipping and wholesaling business called 715 Home Buyers with Brandon Anderson, which does over 30 transactions a year.

Ryan also has two children, Josephine and Drew. They love to go camping together in the summer and vacationing in the winter. In his free time, he also likes to play baseball, deer hunt, and ride motorcycles.
